We’re confident you’ll love your GoVuzu product but if you’re not satisfied, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Depending on your situation, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement no return is required in most cases. Note: To qualify, you may need to provide a photo or brief explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.

Your purchase is also protected by our 90-day Limited Warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product experiences issues within 90 days of delivery, we’ll provide a free replacement or work with you to find a solution again, no return is required in most cases. Note: You may be asked to provide a photo or description of the issue for warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
